Calisthenics is one of the fastest growing artistic sports - unique to Australia. Combining a combination of controlled exercise and gymnastics, marching, singing, simplified ballet, folk and modern dance technique. The array of dance offered within each class provides variety and interest capturing the imagination and attention of children of all ages.

Macedon Ranges Calisthenics College is a member of the Australian Calisthenics Federation Inc. and Calisthenics Victoria Inc and  is situated in Woodend, Victoria. We welcome students from ages 3 years and above to come and experience the thrill and excitement of Calisthenics - the TEAM sport - which embraces all elements of dance and fitness and encourages children to form bonds of friendship which last a lifetime.
